Necessary documents:

• Request (specify the country where the pharmacist profession will be exercised);

• Copy of identification document (ID/passport);

• Copy of bachelor's degree diploma;

• Proof of payment of the 150 lei fee (in one of the accounts of the Romanian College of Pharmacists, displayed in the Contact section) for the issuance of a certificate stating that the applicant is not / has not been a member of the Romanian College of Pharmacists, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 1 letter c) of Decision No. 1/21.11.2024 Published in Official Gazette No. 1.249/11.12.2024.
  
  

The College of Pharmacists in Romania issues a certificate confirming that its holder is not / has not been a member of the Romanian College of Pharmacists, in accordance with the provisions of Decision No. 1/21.11.2024 Published in Official Gazette No. 1.249/11.12.2024.

In accordance with:

› LAW No. 95 Republished from April 14, 2006, regarding health sector reform, with subsequent amendments and additions

Art. 592

(3) Interrupting the practice of the pharmacist profession for a period longer than 5 years automatically results in the loss of CFR membership.
(4) A new enrollment can only be done under the conditions of this law and with the favorable approval of the national CFR Council.

Art. 142

(4) Re-enrollment in the College of Pharmacists of Romania and resumption of professional activity after an interruption of the profession for more than 5 years can only be done under the law and with the favorable approval of the National Council of the College of Pharmacists of Romania, granted based on a professional re-certification exam organized by the Professional-Scientific and Educational Committee.

Required documents:

• Application to take the professional competence re-certification exam;

• Copy of ID;

• Copy of bachelor's degree diploma.

• Proof of payment of the 500 lei fee for the professional re-certification exam for practicing as a pharmacist after an interruption of more than 5 years, according to Art. 1 letter d) of Decision No. 1/21.11.2024 Published in Official Journal No. 1.249/11.12.2024
  
  

• The 500 lei fee is collected by the College of Pharmacists of Romania, according to Art. 3 of Decision No. 1/21.11.2024 Published in Official Journal No. 1.249/11.12.2024 and can be paid in cash on the day of the exam or by bank transfer (to one of the accounts of the College of Pharmacists of Romania, listed in the Contact section) when submitting the file for the professional competence re-certification exam.

› The file containing the required documents is to be submitted at the CFR headquarters for scheduling the exam.

› CFR issues a certificate mentioning the result obtained in the exam.

› At the territorial College, the following are submitted:

- certificate issued by CFR confirming passing the professional competence re-certification exam;

- Copy of ID;

- Copy of bachelor’s degree diploma.

• Copy of the bachelor's degree;

• Copy of identity card;

• Practice notebook stamped and signed by the local College, where the pharmacy at which the internship was carried out is located.

The file is submitted at the CFR headquarters, in order to schedule the reevaluation examination of professional knowledge.
