We continue national-level training – New ROePAS sessions for public institutions
The ROePAS platform is continuing the training process for public institutions at national level by organizing a new series of online workshops taking place during March–April 2026.
These sessions add to those previously organized, as part of an ongoing effort to support institutions already enrolled in the platform, with the aim of aligning public services with European standards of efficiency, transparency, and accessibility.

ROePAS, the new platform for digital public services, has been launched into production
The Authority for the Digitalization of Romania (ADR) announces the production launch of the ROePAS platform — a digital infrastructure designed for the delivery and management of electronic public services.
ADR acts as the national coordinating authority for the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2018/1724 on the Single Digital Gateway, ensuring that citizens and businesses have access to information, online procedures, and assistance services. In this context, ROePAS is part of the project “Implementation of the Government Cloud Infrastructure,” funded through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component 7 – Digital Transformation.

To log in to the new ROePAS portal, it is necessary to set a new password by following the steps below:

Go to the ROePAS website: https://roepas.ro

Click the "Log in" button.

Select the option "Public institution user login" (2FA), check the box to accept the terms and conditions of use, and click "Continue".

Select the "Change password" option.
-
Enter the email address that is also registered in PCUe.
-
Click the "Reset" button.
-
Check the email you receive and follow the instructions: open the link in the email, set a new password, and click the "Reset" button.
For future access to the portal, on the "Log in" page, use the "Public institution user login" option and enter your email address and the password you set.
Users who have the institution administrator role can add new users within the institution by following these steps:

Log in to your institution administrator account.

Go to the Users section.
-
Click the "Invite new user" button.
-
Enter the details of the user you want to invite and send the invitation.
These steps must be followed for each user you want to add.
Invited users will be notified by email, will be able to set a password, and access the institution’s account according to the assigned role.
Users who have the institution administrator role can deactivate accounts by following these steps:

Log in to your institution administrator account.
-
Go to the Users section.
-
Open the user account for which you want to revoke access.
-
Click the "Deactivate user" button.
-
Enter a justification reason and click "Deactivate".

Confirm the deactivation.
Check that the user’s status is Inactive.
These steps must be repeated for all users whose access you want to revoke.
To log in to the platform as an individual user, it is necessary to create a ROeID digital identity.

After obtaining your ROeID digital identity, you can log in as follows:

Access the ROePAS portal and click the "Log in" button.

Select "Log in with ROeID".

Check the box to accept the "Terms and Conditions" and click "Continue".
The institution administrator accesses the “Procedures” menu and successively completes the following sections: general information (procedure description), procedure details, eligible persons, required documents, final documents, fees, deadlines, legal acts, means of appeal, additional information, assistance services (if applicable), preview, and publication terms.
If, after submitting a request through the ROePAS platform, you have not received the requested document or you have received an incorrect document, follow the steps below to clarify and resolve the situation:
Check your ROePAS account and the email address associated with the account

Access the “My requests” section, select the relevant request, and check whether the document has been uploaded in the “Received documents” section;

Also check the email address associated with your account, including the Spam folder, in case notifications are enabled.
Open a support ticket

Access the “Submitted support tickets” menu;

Select the “Add support ticket” option, choose the type, describe the situation as clearly as possible, and attach screenshots if necessary;

The response to the ticket or the correct document will be sent to your ROePAS account for that specific request and/or by email.
Contact the responsible institution

If the institution has the live chat service active in the platform, you can speak directly with an operator;

Alternatively, you may send an email or contact the institution by phone, using the contact details available on the institution’s page in ROePAS.
