This procedure is addressed to the members of the Iași College of Dental Physicians

The current professional certificate is the document that includes relevant personal data regarding respectability and morality, including the competence with which dental physicians practice their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dental Physicians of Romania through the territorial colleges, for the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of the services provided and the safety of the patients in relation with the physician, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding healthcare reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by Government Decision no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance and use of proof of respectability and professional morality for physicians, dental physicians and pharmacists, as well as Decision of the CMSR National Council no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuing of the current professional certificate. Validity period of the professional certificate: 3 months from the date of issue
The issuance fee is 500 lei according to the decision of the Council of the Iași College of Dental Physicians
