Resumption of CFR membership*
The resumption of membership is done based on an application, which the applicant, the pharmacist, submits to the headquarters of the territorial College, namely the Bucharest College of Pharmacists, requesting the resumption of membership starting from a certain date.

Suspension of CFR membership*
Suspension of membership occurs when the applicant, the pharmacist, for certain reasons wishes to interrupt their activity for a certain period of time and submits to the headquarters of the territorial College, respectively the College of Pharmacists Bucharest, a request asking for the suspension of membership.

Duplicate member certificate*
In order to proceed with the issuance of a duplicate Membership Certificate of the College of Pharmacists of Romania, the applicant must submit the complete documentation at the headquarters of the Bucharest College of Pharmacists, in accordance with the provisions of Decision no. 4/2004 of the National Council of the College of Pharmacists of Romania, the documents listed below.

The Request for the Current Professional Certificate*
Regarding the Current Professional Certificate, we would like to make the following clarifications:
In accordance with the provisions of the Pharmacy Law no. 266/2008 in its consolidated form as published in the Official Gazette no. 448/30.06.2009 part I, as well as the Application Norms published in the Official Gazette no. 538/03.07.2009 part I, pharmacists who will hold the position of chief pharmacist in a pharmaceutical unit (in cases of opening new pharmaceutical units, as well as changes of chief pharmacist – for those who will take over the position of chief), will address the county colleges to obtain the Current Professional Certificate.
Also, this document is necessary for pharmacists who wish to practice their profession outside the country's borders.
The methodology for drafting and issuing the Current Professional Certificate was established through the Decision of the National Council of the College of Pharmacists of Romania no. 1/2007, decision published in the Official Gazette of Romania Part I no. 324 from 15.05.2007.
Below we present the main provisions of Decision no. 1/2007, as follows:
- The Current Professional Certificate will be drafted by the College of Pharmacists of Romania and issued by the territorial college where the applicant is registered;
- The validity of the Current Professional Certificate is 3 months from the date of issue;
- Within a maximum of three days from receiving the request for issuing the Current Professional Certificate, the territorial college will send the standard application to the College of Pharmacists of Romania for drafting and issuing the document;
- Within a maximum of 30 days from receiving the application, the College of Pharmacists of Romania will draft the certificate and send it to the territorial college;
- The Current Professional Certificate will be issued by the College of Pharmacists of Romania, which will create it and send it to the territorial college;
- The territorial college will draft a Record Register – with identifying data of the Current Professional Certificates issued to pharmacists in that county – and will hand them to the applicants upon signed receipt.
The issuance fee for the Current Professional Certificate, in the amount of 100 lei, shall be paid into the account of the territorial college RO56RNCB0003037778210001.
To obtain the Current Professional Certificate, the pharmacist will submit to the territorial college a file containing the documents attached below.

Procedure regarding enrollment in the Pharmacists' College of Alba County*
The membership certificate is granted to pharmacists who, upon express request, meet the following conditions: they hold an official pharmacy qualification, are not in any case of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law, are medically fit to practice as a pharmacist, have not interrupted their practice for more than 5 years or have obtained their bachelor's degree in the last 5 years, have paid the registration fee (the fee is paid into the account of the territorial college RO56RNCB0003037778210001 in the amount of 208 lei for those who registered within 1 YEAR of graduation and 235 lei for others).

The transfer of a pharmacist to another Territorial College*
The transfer note is issued by the college where the pharmacist is registered, based on a request. Before issuing the transfer note, the requesting pharmacist is obliged to pay up to date the dues owed to the college from which they wish to leave. The transfer note will be handed to the applicant under signature. In the pharmacists' record register (https://portal.tm-c.eu/LstFarma/ColegFarm), the college to which the pharmacist has transferred will be mentioned. If, at the college from which the pharmacist is transferring, a complaint has been registered against them or disciplinary investigation has been initiated, the complaint or the disciplinary file will be sent to the college to which the pharmacist is transferring.
