The submission and registration of the file for granting the child raising allowance*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls are required to send, based on a list, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the Cluj County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload the List and the Applications with supporting documents in the Necessary Documents section.
*Submission of file for granting state child allowance*
By the 5th of each month, city halls are required to send, based on a report, the requests registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the Cluj County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. City halls will upload the Report and Requests with the supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
*Forwarding the file for granting the insertion incentive and the state allowance for children*
By the 5th of each month, the city halls are required to submit, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the Cluj County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The city halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Summary Sheet and the Applications with the supporting documents.
*Submission of documents for granting home heating aid with solid or petroleum fuels*
Until April 30, the municipalities are required to submit the Centralized Report regarding the beneficiaries of home heating aid with solid or petroleum fuels to the Cluj County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The municipalities will upload in the Required Documents section the List and the Applications with the supporting documents.
*Submission of documents for granting heating aid for homes with natural gas*
By July 31, the town halls have the obligation to submit the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of heating aid for homes using natural gas, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection, and the List including the beneficiaries of the aid for heating the home with natural gas and its actual amount.
The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of heating aid for homes using natural gas and the List including the beneficiaries of the aid for heating the home with natural gas and its actual amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the natural gas provider.
*Submission and registration of the file for granting the family support allowance*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls are required to send, based on a cover sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the Cluj County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload the Cover Sheet and the Applications with the supporting documents in the Necessary Documents section.
*Submission of file for granting the insertion incentive*

By the 5th of each month, the town halls are required to submit, based on a delivery note, the applications registered in the previous month, together with the supporting documents, to the Cluj County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Delivery Note and the Applications with the supporting documents.
*Sending documents for granting home heating aid with electric energy*
By July 31, the municipalities are required to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity.
The report including the beneficiaries of aid for heating the home with electricity and its effective amount, to the Cluj County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The municipalities will upload in the section Required Documents the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity and the report including the beneficiaries of aid for heating the home with electricity and its effective amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the electricity supplier.
*Issuance of the certificate for requesting the amounts remaining uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities*
Social benefits that remain uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities, representing the allowance and/or the personal complementary budget for the month in which the death occurred, and, where applicable, social benefits due and unpaid until death, are paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents or, in their absence, to other heirs, in accordance with the common law at their request. The amounts mentioned above may be requested at the territorial agency for payments and social inspection by the heir within the general limitation period, based on the document attesting the heir status, and in the situation where there are several heirs, the declaration on their own responsibility that the other heirs do not request these amounts.

The city halls will upload in the Required documents section the List and the Applications with the supporting documents.
