SRI notice for obtaining the building/demolition permit*
The Romanian Intelligence Service endorses the technical documentation for authorizing the execution of construction or demolition works, and the request can be made by any natural person, legal entity, or public institution, provided that the SRI Endorsement is requested through the urban planning certificate.
The Romanian Intelligence Service reserves the right to request the completion of the documentation, in certain cases, with other documents apart from those presented in the procedure.

SRI approval for urban planning documentation (PUG, PUZ, PUD)*
The Romanian Intelligence Service approves urban planning documentation (P.U.D., P.U.Z., P.U.G.), and the request can be made by any individual, legal entity, or public institution, provided that the SRI Approval is requested through the urbanism certificate.
The Romanian Intelligence Service reserves the right to request additional documents for the documentation, in certain cases, besides those presented in the procedure.
