The offsetting of debts and receivables of legal entities headquartered in Romania, https://gama.cppi.ro/*
The compensation procedure is addressed to legal entities headquartered in Romania who wish to extinguish mutual, unpaid/uncollected debts reflected in their own accounting based on compensation orders as non-monetary payment instruments.
According to the Methodological Norms approved by Government Decision no. 773/2019, art. 3, letter f), the compensating legal entity is defined as a legal entity, regardless of the form of organization and type of ownership, as well as legal entities that are not dissolved or bankrupt, requesting the extinguishing of payment obligations by compensation, including those subject to Law no. 85/2014 regarding insolvency prevention procedures and insolvency, as subsequently amended and supplemented, with the approval of the judicial administrator.
All incoming/outgoing documents are sent/downloaded from the specialized compensation platform at https://gama.cppi.ro, where you will find the Compensation Information System, acronym CIS.
Stages of the compensation procedure:
1) creating access on the compensation site https://gama.cppi.ro;

2) defining user accounts;
3) defining representations;
4) uploading/validating invoices to be compensated;
5) electronically signing compensation orders and lists of compensated invoices.

Authorization of energy auditors for industry - natural persons*
This procedure establishes the conditions for authorizing energy auditors for industry - natural persons.
The procedure is addressed to natural persons who carry out industrial energy audits or audits of energy consumption processes (electro-energetic, thermo-energetic, or complex). The authorization of energy auditors for industry - natural persons is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation for authorizing energy auditors in industry no. 380012/06.01.2021 issued by the Energy Efficiency Directorate within the Ministry of Energy.
The status of energy auditor for industry is proven by the authorization issued by the competent authority.
