Procedure regarding the request, by providers of public electronic communications networks, for information regarding civil engineering works - according to the provisions of art. 27 of Law no. 159/2016*
The procedure establishes the manner in which communication is ensured between public electronic communications network providers and network operators, as they are defined in art. 2 para. (1) letter b) of Law no. 159/2016, for the purpose of carrying out the coordinated implementation of civil engineering works.
