This methodology establishes the procedure for automatic recognition, within Partium Christian University of Oradea, of the quality of doctoral supervisor and/or habilitation obtained in accredited foreign higher education institutions.

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries, who have obtained the status of doctoral supervisor in accredited higher education institutions from member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other countries included in the "List of prestigious universities from other countries," approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.

This methodology establishes the procedure by which the recognition of the doctoral diploma and the doctoral title obtained abroad is carried out within the Partium Christian University of Oradea.

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens from third countries who have obtained the doctoral diploma and the doctoral title abroad in accredited higher education institutions in member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other countries included in the “List of prestigious universities from other states”, approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.

This methodology establishes the manner in which automatic recognition, within Partium Christian University of Oradea, of teaching positions obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad is carried out.

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens from third states, who have obtained teaching positions in accredited higher education institutions from member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other states included in the "List of prestigious universities from other states", approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.
