Suspension of membership*
The suspension of membership occurs when the applicant, the pharmacist, for certain reasons wishes to interrupt their activity for a certain period of time and submits to the headquarters of the territorial College, respectively the College of Pharmacists Vrancea, a request through which the suspension of membership is requested. When requesting this suspension, the pharmacist must have paid the membership fee up to the end of the year and fulfill the continuing professional development requirement by completing 40 EFC hours during that period. In support of the requests, the documents listed below must be attached. The pharmacist is obliged to inform the College of Pharmacists of Romania within 30 days of resuming activity.
*Registration in the College of Pharmacists of Romania*
The membership certificate is granted to pharmacists who, upon explicit request, meet the following conditions: hold an official qualification in pharmacy, are not in any of the cases of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law, are medically fit to practice the profession of pharmacist, have not interrupted the exercise of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained their bachelor's degree in the last 5 years, have paid the registration fee (the fee is paid into the account of the territorial college or at the secretariat, amounting to 208 lei for those who registered within 1 YEAR of graduation and 235 lei for other persons).
Request for the current professional certificate*
The methodology for preparing and issuing the Current Professional Certificate was established by the Decision of the National Council of C.F.R. no. 1/2007, a decision published in the Official Gazette of Romania Part I no. 324 of 15.05.2007.
- The territorial college will prepare a Registry of records—with identification data of the Current Professional Certificates issued to pharmacists in the respective county—and will hand them to applicants with receipt signature.
Pharmacist transfer*
The transfer note is issued by the college where the pharmacist is registered, based on a request. Before the transfer note is issued, the requesting pharmacist is obliged to pay up to date the fees owed to the college from which they wish to leave. The transfer note will be handed over, under signature, to the applicant. In the pharmacist record register, https://portal.tm-c.eu/LstFarma/ColegFarm the college to which the pharmacist has transferred will be mentioned. If a complaint has been registered at the college from which the pharmacist is transferring or if a disciplinary investigation has been initiated, the complaint or the disciplinary file will be forwarded to the college to which the pharmacist is transferring.

*Resumption of membership*
Resumption of membership is done based on an application, which the applicant, the pharmacist, submits to the headquarters of the Territorial College, respectively the Vrancea College of Pharmacists, requesting the resumption of membership starting from a certain date. In support of the request, the documents listed below must be attached.
Duplicate member certificate*
To proceed with the issuance of a duplicate Certificate of membership of the College of Pharmacists from Romania, the applicant must submit the complete documentation at the headquarters of the College of Pharmacists Vrancea, according to the provisions of Decision no.4/2004 of the National Council of the College of Pharmacists from Romania, the documents presented below.
