Issuance of the certificate for the request of amounts remaining uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities*
Social benefits not collected by the deceased person with disabilities, representing the indemnity and/or the complementary personal budget for the month in which the death occurred, and, where applicable, social benefits due and unpaid until death, are paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents or, in their absence, other heirs, under the conditions of common law, upon their request. The amounts provided above may be requested from the territorial agency for payments and social inspection by the heir, within the general prescription period, based on the document certifying heir status, as well as, in the case where there are several heirs, a declaration on their own responsibility that the other heirs do not request these amounts.
Submission of documents for granting heating aid for households using solid or petroleum-based fuels*
Until April 30, city halls have the obligation to submit the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of heating aid for homes with solid or petroleum fuels, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
City halls will upload the Borderau and Applications with supporting documents in the Required Documents section.

Submission of the file for granting the state allowance for children*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls are required to submit, based on a covering list, the applications registered during the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The town halls will upload the Covering List and Applications with the supporting documents in the Required Documents section.

Submission of the file for granting social assistance and the family support allowance*
By the 5th of each month, town halls are required to send, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The town halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section the Summary Sheet and the Applications with the supporting documents.

Submission of documents for granting home heating aid with natural gas*
By July 31, the town halls are required to submit the Centralized Report regarding the holders of heating aid for homes with natural gas to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection, and the Register including the beneficiaries of the heating aid for homes with natural gas and the actual amount thereof.
The town halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section the Centralized Report regarding the holders of heating aid for homes with natural gas and the Register including the beneficiaries of the heating aid for homes with natural gas and the actual amount thereof, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the natural gas supplier.

Transmission of documents for granting home heating aid with electric energy*
By July 31, town halls are obliged to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity The report including the beneficiaries of aid for heating their homes with electricity and its actual amount, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
Town halls will upload in the Documents Required section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity and the report including the beneficiaries of aid for heating their homes with electricity and its actual amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the electricity provider.
