Receiving file for granting state allowance for children*
The state allowance for children is granted to all children up to the age of 18, without discrimination. The state allowance for children is also granted to young people who have reached the age of 18 and are attending high school or vocational education, organized according to the law, until they finish, except for those who repeat the school year, except for those who repeat for health reasons, proven with a medical certificate.
The children of foreign citizens and stateless persons who are residents, under the law, in Romania and living with their parents are also entitled to the state allowance for children.
This right may be requested by either of the child's biological parents, as well as by the person who has adopted a child, provided that the eligibility criteria are met.

help for home heating*
This Government Emergency Ordinance no. 70/2011 aims to regulate the granting of certain social protection measures for the population, consisting of monthly aid to cover parts of the expenses related to home heating during the cold season, as well as the method of billing and payment for thermal energy.

allowance for family support*
The family support allowance is a form of support for low-income families who are raising and caring for children up to 18 years old.
The granting of the family support allowance is intended to supplement the income of families in order to ensure better conditions for raising and educating children, as well as to encourage the attendance of school-age children, who are in the care of low-income families, at classes of a form of education organized according to the law, in accordance with art.1, para.2 of Law no. 277/2010 regarding the family support allowance, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions.

Granting child raising allowance up to the age of 2 years, respectively 3 years in the case of a child with a disability*
Preparation of files for child-raising allowance, insertion incentive, monthly allowance for the care of a child aged 3-7 years (child with disability), monthly allowance for reduced working hours, monthly support for the care of a child aged 0-3 years, monthly support for the care of a child aged 3-7 years, child allowance supplement. Transmission to the Tulcea County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection, based on the list, of the files prepared.

Social aid is granted monthly, to supplement the net monthly income of the family or single person, to ensure the guaranteed minimum income.

Educational incentive in the form of social vouchers for kindergarten*
(1) Educational incentives are granted to children from families who have established the right to family support allowance granted under Law no. 277/2010 regarding family support allowance, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, regardless of whether the family is receiving this right or it is suspended.
(2) By exception from paragraph (1), the educational incentive is also granted to children in the care of the person designated by the parent for the maintenance of the child during the parents' absence, according to art. 104 of Law no. 272/2004 regarding the protection and promotion of children's rights, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, if the income per person, including the child in care, does not exceed the maximum income level for granting the family support allowance.
(3) The educational incentive is granted only for children enrolled in a preschool educational unit, according to the National Education Law no. 1/2011, with subsequent amendments and completions."
The minimum nominal monthly value of the educational incentive, granted in the form of social vouchers for kindergarten, is 100 lei/month.
