RECRUITMENT, EVALUATION AND TRAINING OF PF/AM, AS WELL AS CERTIFICATION AND EMPLOYMENT OF MATERNAL ASSISTANTS*
The recruitment activity for AMP is carried out by the Case Management Service for children, professional maternal assistants, and adults with disabilities (SMCCAMPPAD), annually, following an analysis of the service's needs, which will also include measures aimed at developing the AMP network, depending on the identified needs. These measures/actions will be included in the implementation plan of the annual strategy of DGASPC Dâmboviţa. The identification/recruitment of individuals who wish to become AMP must be carried out so that SMCCAMPPAD can respond to the identified needs and all the particularities of the children for whom a special protection measure is instituted, as well as the particularities of language, religion, culture, ethnicity, and disabilities. The recruitment/identification of applicants for certification as AMP is carried out by the case managers within SMCCAMPPAD. Recruitment/identification must lead to attracting a sufficient number of applicants from whom, after their evaluation, the future AMPs will be selected.
