Modification of initial authorization conditions - RELOCATION OF HEADQUARTERS/WORK UNIT PHARMACEUTICAL UNIT (UF-DSP)*
The procedure is addressed to pharmaceutical units in the situation where there are changes in the conditions that formed the basis for issuing the operating authorization - relocation of headquarters/branch. The changes must be notified to the Ministry of Health - Directorate of Pharmaceutical Policy and Medical Devices within 5 working days from the date of the change.
*Authorization of pharmacies/drugstores - ONLINE SALE (Electronic commerce) (UF-DSP)*
The procedure is addressed to pharmaceutical units in situations where the registration of the mention certifying authorization for sale and release through the information society of medicines granted without a medical prescription/specific drugstore products is requested.
*Setting up a local distribution office (UF-DSP)*
The procedure is addressed to pharmaceutical units in Romania for the establishment of LOCAL DISTRIBUTION OFFICES - submission of documents to the Public Health Directorate (DSP).
Conclusion of Contract for the implementation of national public health programs, financed from funds provided by the Ministry of Health*
Establishment of community pharmacy (UF-DSP)*
The procedure is addressed to Pharmaceutical Units for the establishment of community pharmacies - submission of documents to the Public Health Directorate.
*Establishment of a closed-circuit pharmacy (UF-DSP)*
The procedure addresses the establishment of closed-circuit pharmacies that serve healthcare units and/or outpatient clinics; the manager of the healthcare unit submits the request accompanied by the required documentation. The applicant will upload on the platform the documents specified in Ord MS 444/2019 - transmission of documents to the Public Health Directorate (DSP), preparation by the local DSP of the inspection report and the conformity or non-conformity decision, and submission on the platform.
*Establishment of drugstore - unit manager - chief pharmacist or chief pharmacy medical assistant (UF-DSP)*
The procedure is addressed to drugstores for the establishment of chief drugstore-chief pharmacist or chief pharmacy medical assistant. The Ministry of Health, the Directorate for Medicine Policy and Medical Devices is also notified simultaneously.
*Establishment of distinct spaces within the structure of the closed-circuit pharmacy at an address different from that of the hospital and/or distinct spaces for outpatient dispensing within the PNS, located at the same address or at another address than that of the hospital (UF-DSP)*
The procedure is addressed to pharmaceutical units that wish to establish closed-circuit pharmacies at an address other than that of the hospital or at the hospital's address while being coordinated by the pharmacy of the healthcare unit. It is mandatory to submit the operating authorization of the healthcare unit, accompanied by the annex in which the pharmacy is provided.
Modification of initial authorization conditions - ANY MODIFICATION TO THE SPACE - Does not include relocation of headquarters/working point (UF-DSP)*
The procedure applies to pharmaceutical units in situations where there are changes to the conditions that formed the basis for the issuance of the operating authorization - any other change to the premises of the pharmaceutical unit, except for relocating the headquarters/branch. Changes must be notified to the Ministry of Health - Directorate for Medicine Policy and Medical Devices within 5 working days from the date of the change.
*Resumption of activity during the suspension period of the operating authorization or upon expiration of the period - WITH CHANGE OF ADDRESS OF THE HEADQUARTERS/WORKING POINT (UF-DSP)*
The procedure is addressed to pharmaceutical units in cases where the registration of the resumption of activity is requested during the suspension period or upon its expiration. The resumption of activity takes place at a different address of the headquarters/working point than the original one. The documents must be submitted 60 working days before the expiration of the legal suspension period.
*Issuing signature codes to newly-entered doctors in the system with the right to practice independently*
The procedure is addressed to doctors newly-entered into the public health system with the right to practice independently. In accordance with the provisions of Order of the Minister of Health no. 1059/20.11.2003 regarding the mandatory nominal declaration and record of doctors, the Public Health Directorate of Neamț County is authorized to issue stamp codes to doctors who have the right to practice independently (certified by the member certificate issued by professional colleges) and carry out their activity in a medical unit in Neamț County.
Attention resident doctors:
According to the provisions of art.22, para. (1) of Government Ordinance no. 18/2009 “Starting with the 2005 class of medical faculty graduates, the acquisition of the right to practice independently is granted after passing the specialist physician examination.”
