• The tax certificate will be published within three working days from the submission of the application (except for alienation, see details on the standard application and if no clarifications are needed for the file).
• The conditions for issuing tax certificates are those provided by Law no. 227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code and Law no. 207/2015 regarding the Fiscal Procedure Code.
• Consequently, the applicant will obtain a tax certificate only if he is up to date with the payment of obligations owed to the local budget. For this purpose, if you have not paid the minimum necessary amounts, you will receive a payment notification during the procedure, which will estimate the minimum amounts you need to pay to obtain a certificate without debts.
