The purpose of this procedure aims at the free and unrestricted access of individuals to any information of public interest, as defined by law and constitutes one of the fundamental principles of the relationships between individuals and public authorities, in accordance with the Constitution of Romania and international documents ratified by the Romanian Parliament.

It establishes the manner in which the communication of documents issued by the director to authorities, institutions, and interested persons is ensured, under the conditions of Law no. 544/2001 regarding free access to information of public interest.

The procedure is carried out primarily for good cooperation between citizens and public institutions, for the interests of the public institution, the citizens, the employees of the public institution, etc.
