According to the provisions of art. 6 paragraphs 1 and 4 of the Law, the urbanism certificate is an informative act regarding the legal, economic, and technical status of the property, as well as the urban requirements specific to the location, determined in accordance with the provisions of urbanism documentation endorsed and approved, a document issued upon request to any applicant – natural or legal person.
According to the Law, the urbanism certificate does not substitute the construction/demolition permit and does not grant the right to carry out construction works.

The authorization for carrying out public food activities is issued to economic agents operating within the municipality of Ploiesti, both ambulant and through work points, and who have the CAEN codes 5610 and/or 5630 included in their certificate of registration.
