Certificate of fiscal attestation for individuals regarding local taxes and duties as well as other revenues owed to the local budget of Sector 3*

This procedure regulates the method of obtaining the tax certificate for individuals within the General Directorate of Taxes and Local Duties Sector 3.
-The applications for issuing the tax certificate will be signed by the applicant with a qualified electronic signature.
-For Alienation* / Partition Certificates (buildings, land, vehicles, etc.), the payment of all overdue obligations and full payment for the asset to be alienated is required.
-If the public notary is empowered by the taxpayer to obtain the tax certificate for the sale of real estate, the public notary will attach to the application for issuing the tax certificate, which will be electronically signed by him, the power of attorney given by the seller for this purpose.
-Tax certificates for succession debates will be requested by the Notary Office where the succession will take place, and the documents will be electronically signed by the public notary

-Processing time is 2 working calendar days.

Certificate of fiscal attestation for legal entities regarding Local Taxes and Fees and other revenues owed to the local budget of Sector 3*

This procedure regulates the method of obtaining the tax certificate for legal entities within the General Directorate of Taxes and Local Fees Sector 3.
- For Alienation Certificates* (buildings, land, vehicles) it is necessary to pay all overdue obligations and full payment for the asset to be alienated.
- Obligations are considered paid when the Local Council Sector 3 treasury account has been debited and this is reflected in the tax records of the issuing institution.
- Processing time: 2 working calendar days.

Request for parking spot allocation within Sector 3 of Bucharest Municipality*

Parking allocation request - this will be completed ONLY by taxpayers who are eligible to submit this documentation according to the lists published at the block notice boards, on the Sector 3 City Hall website, www.primarie3.ro, at the City Hall headquarters, and on the General Directorate of Taxes and Local Duties Sector 3 website www.ditl3.ro.

- We mention that all completed and attached documents will be considered valid only if signed with a qualified digital certificate!
