Extension of urbanism certificate*
Issuance of tax attestation certificates for legal entities*
The procedure is addressed to legal entities that have an electronic signature. The certificate is issued by the tax authority at the taxpayer's request, based on the application for the issuance of the certificate, filled in and electronically signed. The certificate of fiscal attestation communicated through the edirect.e-guvernare platform bears the electronic signature of the tax authority.
The original document is in electronic format and is protected under Law no. 455/2001 regarding the electronic signature. For urgent issuance of the certificate, respectively on the same day as the application is submitted, an urgent fee of 40 lei is paid / within 24 hours from the date of the application submission, an urgent fee of 21 lei is paid. Payment is made to account RO16TREZ40621360206XXXXX, Iași Treasury, CF 4541580.
On the first request for communication of the certificate through the edirect.e-guvernare platform, the taxpayer is obliged to submit an application choosing communication of the certificate via the platform and a power of attorney for the person who submits and electronically signs the certificate issuance application.

*Issuance of urbanism certificate*
The urban planning certificate is the public information document issued by local public authorities, through which the applicant, whether a natural or legal person, is informed of the elements characterizing the legal, economic, and technical regime of a property, established by existing records and urban planning and territorial management documentation.
The certificate is issued based on the application submitted by the applicant according to the standardized form F.1, in which the purpose and the elements for identifying the property (address, land registry number, cadastral number) are specified.

Elaboration, under the conditions and with respect to the provisions of Law no. 350/2001 regarding spatial planning and urbanism, with subsequent amendments and completions, of a zonal urban plan (Z.U.P.) – only based on a preliminary opportunity notice, drawn up and approved under the terms of the law – or of a detailed urban plan (D.U.P.), as the case may be, so that, after approval, its provisions will be incorporated within the G.U.P. or C.S.D.P.; the urbanism certificate will make the mention that the technical documentation – T.D. (T.D.A.C./T.D.A.D.) can be prepared only after the approval of the urbanism documentation and with the obligation to strictly comply with its provisions.
*Extension of building permit*
The extension of the validity of the building/demolition permit must be requested at least 15 days before the expiration date of the validity period and may be granted, according to the Law, only once for a maximum of 12 months. The extension of the validity of the building/demolition permit is recorded in the original of the initially issued permit, without the need to present any other documentation. The extension of the permit is issued based on the request submitted by the applicant according to the standard form template.
