The current professional certificate is the document that contains relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dental doctors practice their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dentists of Romania, through the territorial colleges, in order to guarantee the quality of the services provided and the safety of patients in relation to them, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding health care reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, of art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by Government Decision no. 1464/2006 regarding the drafting, issuing, and use of proofs of professional honorability and morality for doctors, dentists, and pharmacists, as well as Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the drafting and issuing of the current professional certificate.

Validity period: 3 months from the date of issue
