The procedure regulates the issuance of the Urban Planning Certificate, an information document through which the local public administration authority informs the applicant about the legal, economic, and technical status of the property, as well as the urban planning requirements that must be met for the authorization of construction works or other operations.

The urban planning certificate is issued in accordance with Law no. 50/1991 and Law no. 350/2001.

The document does not confer the right to carry out construction works.

The procedure regulates the issuance of the street nomenclature certificate and address, the official document by which the street name and the administrative number related to a property located within the administrative-territorial area of the UAT Drăgănești - Olt Town, Olt County, are certified.

The certificate is issued at the request of the property owner or other family members who justify a legal interest, and it is required for registration/updating data in the land register, at OCPI, at the notary, for obtaining authorizations, contracting utilities, or in other situations provided by law.

The document is issued based on the street nomenclature records approved by decisions of the Local Council and the documentation submitted by the applicant.

The procedure regulates the issuance of the certificate of attestation of construction/extension, a document confirming the completion of a construction or an extension based on the building permit + completion report/technical expertise and in accordance with the approved documentation.

The certificate is required for the registration of the construction in the land register, under the conditions of Cadastre and Real Estate Publicity Law no. 7/1996 and Law no. 50/1991.

The document is issued at the request of the property owner or the entitled person.
