In the case where the registration of new work points and/or storage spaces is requested, after registration in the National Register of Phonograms, applicants will submit the following documents:
Standard application - Form 2
Documents - copy of the invoice/payment order regarding the payment made for the registration operation in the register.
The fees for registration operations are stipulated in H.G.1086/2008, as follows:
-registration of a work point - 20 lei/work point
-registration of a storage space - 20 lei/storage space
-urgent fee, additional charge 300 lei,
-completion request for missing documents following the rejection of the initial registration request - 10 lei.
Payment is made at the ORDA cashier's office at Calea Victoriei no. 118, 5th floor, district 1, Bucharest, or to account RO67TREZ7015005XXX000157, opened at the Treasury of Sector 1, Bucharest, CUI 4266995.
