The request for the renewal of the Authorization of registration in the National Register of Multipliers is made as a result of changes in the data initially registered by the economic operator, e.g. company name change, change of headquarters address, change of organization form, addition of activity object art.36 para.6 of Government Ordinance no.25/2006, republished, amended and supplemented by Government Emergency Ordinance no.43/2010

For the renewal of the registration authorization in the National Register of Multipliers, applicants will submit the following requests

-type and standard documents

Forms 157Forms 2 3 will be submitted only in the case of completing with new work points/storage spaces

Form 6 will be submitted only in the case of adding new activity objects.

Documents-copy of the registration certificate at the trade register office CUI

- copy of the previous registration authorization in the National Register of Multipliers and the annexes of the authorization

- copy of the invoice/payment order document proving the payment of fees.

Fees

- renewal of the registration authorization as a result of modifying the identification data of the economic operator-50 lei

- registration of new work points and storage spaces -50 lei/work point or storage space

- registration of new industrial equipment-20 lei/equipment

- additional request for incomplete files-10 lei -art.11 letter d and art.14 para.3 of Government Decision no.1086/2008
