For the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate, a standard application form (according to Form - model F.7 - APPLICATION for the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate) must be filled in and submitted to the issuing authority, accompanied by the issued urbanism certificate in original. The application for the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate must be submitted 15 days before the expiry date of its validity.
When submitting the application for the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate, the applicant will provide proof of payment of the extension fee.
