I. PRE-UNIVERSITY EDUCATION:

The methodology for enrolling Romanians everywhere in Romania’s state pre-university education on tuition-free study spots with scholarship, or tuition-free study spots without scholarship starting from the 2017-2018 school year

II. HIGHER EDUCATION:​

1. In the 2018-2019 academic year, state higher education institutions in Romania organize the admission contest for Romanians everywhere, including citizens of the Republic of Moldova, for bachelor’s/master’s/doctoral studies, based on university autonomy, similar to the previous year, according to the provisions of the higher education enrollment methodology;

2. Candidates may choose any field of study and any state higher education institution in Romania or, in the case of candidates from the Republic of Moldova, within the branches opened by Romanian universities in Chișinău, Cahul, and Bălți;

3. To ensure meeting the submission deadline set by higher education institutions, we recommend sending the application files exclusively to the universities, to avoid delays in receiving/processing them if they are sent via other channels;

4. Enrollment in accredited public and private higher education institutions in Romania, for fee-based spots in RON, is done according to MEN Order no. 4294/29.06.2017;
