The standard declaration on one's own responsibility regarding the fulfilment of the operating conditions provided by the specific legislation in the field: sanitary, sanitary-veterinary, environmental protection, occupational safety, and fire protection, as well as the specific regulations on consumer protection for the activity carried out regarding the quality standards of products and services placed on the market*

The fee for issuing the Agreement is to be paid into account RO19TREZ27421160203XXXXX opened at the Moreni Treasury and is calculated as follows: 100 lei/year for commercial spaces under 100 sqm., 200 lei/year for spaces over 100 sqm, 500 lei/year for hotels, motels, guesthouses; 30 lei/year for services, mobile commerce, markets, bazaars and other such activities.*
