The approvals, consents, and specific favorable administrative acts of the competent environmental protection authority, as well as those of other interested bodies where applicable, required by the Urbanism Certificate and obtained by the applicant 1 copy in photocopy*

The payment document for the issuance fee of the Building Permit in copy*

Additional studies, where applicable, their syntheses including approvals in 2 copies*

The verification reports, the technical expertise report for intervention works on existing constructions and/or the energy audit report for intervention works aimed at increasing the energy performance of buildings, requested through the Urbanism Certificate, signed and stamped in original 1 copy*

The OAR document according to Art.6, paragraph 2 of G.D. no. 932/2010 updated*

The payment document for the architecture stamp in copy*

In the case where, together with the Building/Demolition Permit, the authorization for the organization of works is also requested, the applicant shall also submit the technical documentation for the organization of execution D.T.O.E. – written and drawn parts, as well as the specific approvals – traffic approval, approval for temporary occupation of public domain, health approval, approval of the contract with the sanitation company obtained by the applicant – 1 copy in photocopy.*
