In the situation where the applicant has a job, practices the profession based on a volunteer contract, or is the holder of an independent organizational form, documents showing: (i) the official name of the employer where the applicant works at the date of the request or the independent organizational form in which the applicant works at the date of the application, specifying the contact details (address, phone, e-mail, CIF/CUI, as applicable); (ii) the date and position of employment or, as applicable, the status as the holder of the independent organizational form; (iii) the leave for temporary incapacity for work, childcare leave, or unpaid leave the holder benefits from at the date of the request;*

Proof of payment for the issuance of the current professional status certificate*

FEES – 200 RON, representing the fee for issuing the Current Professional Status Certificate within a maximum of 30 days – 400 RON, representing the fee for issuing the Current Professional Status Certificate under urgent processing – 600 RON, representing the fee for issuing both the Current Professional Status Certificate and the Certificate of Study Conformity if the files are submitted simultaneously, under urgent processing Fees are paid only into the CFZRO account: RO58BRDE410SV97037454100, opened at BRD-Groupe Societe Generale – Carrefour Orhideea Bucharest Branch, by bank transfer or payment order. In the payment details, the applicant's name and the reason for payment must be specified (Example: Popescu Ionuț Current Professional Status Certificate).*
