The procedure is addressed to legal entities, authorized natural persons, individual enterprises, and family enterprises that wish to obtain authorization for carrying out installation and maintenance works on fire signaling, alarming, and alerting systems and installations. In accordance with the provisions of art. 51 para. 1 of Law no. 307/2006 regarding fire protection, work in the field of fire protection is carried out by authorized persons. The authorization methodology is approved by the Order of the Minister of Administration and Interior no. 87/2010. The authorization is granted for an indefinite period. Authorization is granted for a fee.
