The social benefits remaining uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities, representing the allowance and/or the personal complementary budget for the month in which the death occurred, and, if applicable, the social benefits due and unpaid until the date of death, are paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents, or, in their absence, to the other heirs, under common law, at their request. The amounts mentioned above may be requested, at AJPIS Bihor, by the heir within the general limitation period, based on a document attesting the status of heir, as well as, in case there are several heirs, a statement on their own responsibility that the other heirs do not request these amounts.
