The suspension of membership is made at the moment when the applicant, the pharmacist, for certain reasons wishes to interrupt their activity for a certain period of time and submits to the headquarters of the Territorial College, respectively the Suceava College of Pharmacists, a request by which they ask for the suspension of membership. At the moment of requesting this suspension, the pharmacist must have paid the membership fee up to the end of the year and must meet the condition of continuous professional training through a number of 40 EFC hours for that period. The pharmacist is obliged, within 30 days from the resumption of activity, to inform the College of Pharmacists of Romania.
