In accordance with OG 82/2000, amended and approved by Law 222/2003 with subsequent amendments and completions and with the provisions of OMTCT 2131/2005 with subsequent amendments and completions, RAR issues the technical operating authorization for economic operators that carry out constructive modifications and/or reconstruction activities of road vehicles, based on a technical capability audit conducted at each of the applicant's workshops.

This procedure describes the way in which RAR resolves the files submitted by legal entities for authorization, up to the moment of agreeing, together with the applicant, on the date of the audit.
