Social assistance is granted based on an application and a declaration on own responsibility, accompanied by supporting documents regarding the composition of the family and the incomes obtained in the month prior to submitting the application by its members. Required documents for the file (copies): – application and declaration on own responsibility; – identity documents of applicants; – birth certificates of the children; – marriage certificate or family record book; – final decree of approval of adoption, family placement of the minor, according to the law; – document showing the applicant’s status as guardian or curator; – documents showing that a family member is attending an educational institution; – documents evidencing classification as a person with severe or accentuated disability or grade I or II invalidity, for dependents; – certificate attesting registration with county employment agencies, respectively Bucharest Municipality, for employment and that they have not refused a job or participation in services for stimulating workforce employment or professional training provided by these agencies. – net incomes obtained (the month prior to submission of the application) and the supporting documents are those mentioned in the application form (certificates regarding net salary, pension slips, unemployment aid, state allowance slip, etc.); In the case of consensual union (cohabitation), considered as a beneficiary family, documents referring to family composition and incomes for the applicant's partner will also be submitted.*
