By the 5th of each month, town halls are required to submit, based on a cover sheet - the requests registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the Tulcea County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The town halls will upload in the section Required Documents - The cover sheet and requests with supporting documents.

In the situation where you are not satisfied with the provided solution, you may submit an Appeal to our institution within 30 days from the date of communication and, in case of dissatisfaction with the manner of resolution of the appeal, you may address the court in accordance with the Administrative Litigation Law no. 554/2004, with subsequent amendments and completions.
