The procedure is addressed to persons who wish to obtain the extension of the validity of the urban planning certificate.
The application is registered with the Secretariat of the Slava Cercheza City Hall only after:

- checking the completion of the application according to the form;
- checking the list of required documents and how they are presented;
- checking the identification details of the applicant and the property;
- checking the existence of the applicant's or their legal representative’s signature;
- checking the proof of payment of the fee.
The requested Urbanism Certificates will be sent to the applicant or their legal representative either by mail or in person, based on signature and identification.
