- identity document of the applicant and of all family members over the age of 14 (ID card, Citizen's card, Electronic ID card); - birth certificate of children under 14 years old; - marriage certificate – if applicable; - divorce decree/notarial deed – if applicable; - affidavit stating the persons are legally separated – if applicable; - death certificate – if applicable; - copy of the final court decision for child custody or adoption approval, - decision of the Child Protection Commission regarding placement of the minor with a family, order of the guardianship authority, according to the law – if applicable; - other supporting documents regarding family composition, as the case may be. The copy will be certified in handwriting regarding conformity with the original.*

- sale-purchase contract; - sale-purchase contract with maintenance clause or habitation clause; - lease contract; - loan for use contract; - heir certificate/succession act; - notarized power of attorney issued by the owner of the dwelling or by the holder of the lease contract, or by the legal representative of the single person who has not reached the age of 16; - other documents, as the case may be. The copy will be certified in handwriting regarding its conformity with the original. - certificate from the Owners'/Tenants' Association stating the name, surname, personal identification number (CNP) of the persons registered in the property register in which they appear for maintenance shares; RADET code; the association's e-mail address – in original.*

- pension slips (for all types of pension) / certificate from the Pension House from the month prior to submitting the application; - unemployment indemnity payment slip and/or the monthly unemployment supplement income; - state allowance slip, placement or other allowances, from the month prior to submitting the application; - disability indemnity slip/complementary budget or any other allowances granted according to the law – from the month prior to submitting the application; - income obtained from lease, bank interest, transfer of goods – if applicable; - declaration on own responsibility by holders/members who do not earn income – if applicable. The copy will be certified in handwriting regarding conformity with the original. - employment certificate for all family members, indicating the net income obtained in the month prior to submitting the application, the value of meal vouchers or the mention that meal vouchers are not received, bonuses, food allowances, etc. – original.*

- thermal energy, natural gas, electricity bill – as applicable; - persons who own cars - copy of the car registration book (showing the year of manufacture of the car); - for persons requesting assistance for home heating with electric energy, contract for disconnection from thermal energy/natural gas or a certificate issued by the building administration, stating that the home is heated with electricity; any other requested documents – as applicable. The copy will be hand-certified for conformity with the original.*
