The Central Unit or Territorial Branch of Land Improvement coordinates the procedural activity regarding the issuance of approvals in compliance with the legal provisions in force.
The validity period of the approval is 24 months; before this period expires, a single extension of the approval can be granted, after a written request (submitted to the issuing ANIF unit, at least 5 days before the validity period of the ANIF approval for which the extension is requested expires) and a field check of the request.
The extension of the approval will have a different registration number from the ANIF approvals registry and is granted for a maximum period of 12 months; after this date, another extension of the validity of the approval is not possible, and the applicant must obtain, in accordance with the law, another ANIF approval.
ANIF issues approvals within 30 days from the submission of the documentation.
