Technical documentation drawn up by a certified and authorized person in land improvement works, with the technical solution regarding the protection of land improvement works, where the situation requires it. The documentation/technical project will also include the technical solution for the protection of land improvement works and will be mandatorily verified according to the law by a certified project verifier (as the case may be). In the case of national roads, express roads, bypass roads, highways, it is required that the technical documentation be endorsed by a certified project verifier specialized in roads and bridges;*

The land register excerpt for information, accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submission of the documentation (except in cases where the building permit is requested for the execution and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. 2, letter a of Law 138/2004); (with the exception of requests for the works provided for in art. 7, para. 14 of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished); (with the exception of public utility investment works);*

DAJ decision and copy of the ANIF notice for the permanent or temporary removal from the agricultural circuit of land located outside the built-up areas of localities, for checking compliance with the conditions imposed when issuing the notice (if applicable);*
