Technical notice from ANIF for obtaining the Building Permit for construction works of a temporary nature located outside the built-up area of localities (e.g. household annexes of agricultural holdings located outside the built-up area) - for individuals*

The Central Unit or the Territorial Branch of Land Improvement coordinates the procedural activity regarding the issuance of approvals in compliance with the applicable legal provisions.

The validity period of the approval is 24 months; before the expiration of this period, only one extension of the approval may be granted, upon a written request (submitted to the issuing ANIF unit, at least 5 days before the expiration of the validity period of the ANIF approval for which the extension is requested) and its onsite verification.

The extension of the approval will have a different registration number from the ANIF approval issuance registry and is granted for a period of maximum 12 months; after this date, a new extension of the approval validity is not possible, and the applicant must obtain, under the law, a new ANIF approval.

ANIF issues approvals within 30 days from the submission of the documentation.
