For the extension of the validity of the urban planning certificate, a standard application (according to the Form - model F.7 - APPLICATION for extension of the validity of the urban planning certificate) must be completed and submitted to the issuing authority, accompanied by the originally issued urban planning certificate. The application for the extension of the validity of the urban planning certificate must be submitted 15 days before the expiry of its validity date.
Along with the submission of the application for the extension of the validity of the urban planning certificate, the applicant will provide proof of payment of the extension fee.
