Necessary documents for granting state allowance for children born abroad as well as for children whose parents have different nationalities or/and different domiciles
1. PARENTS' AND CHILD'S IDENTITY DOCUMENTS (ID cards, identity card, temporary identity card, passport, residence card, temporary residence permit, social security certificate}
2. CHILD'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE issued by the Romanian authorities (certificate with CNP, not translated certificates)
3. MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE/ COURT DECISION OF CHILD CUSTODY IN CASE OF DIVORCE;
4. Annex 1 - Additional request for information for children born in the EU
5. COMMON NOTARIAL DECLARATION of both parents, which should refer to:
§ The period they lived and worked abroad and if they worked under a work contract
§ To mention if they have applied for and received/not received benefits for the child from that country;
§ date of entry into the country;
§ the reason for not submitting the application for this right until now;
§ mention that from birth until now the child has been under the permanent care of the parents and lives with them;
§ other documents at the request of the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection
6. Certificate from the competent authorities on the territory of the country where the child was born, stating that no equivalent benefits were received
