According to art. 40, para.1 of Order 839/2009, the extension of the validity period of the urbanism certificate can only be made by the issuer, at the request of the holder submitted at least 15 days before its expiration, for a maximum period of 12 months, after which a new urbanism certificate must be issued.
To extend the validity of the urbanism certificate, the applicant must create an account on the start.ps4.ro platform where they will submit the request for the extension of the urbanism certificate validity online.
The fee for extending the validity of the urbanism certificate is 30% of the urbanism certificate fee.
The payment of the fee can be made by payment order to the account RO70TREZ70421160203XXXXX TREZORERIA SECTORULUI 4, SECTORUL 4 OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUCHAREST, CUI 4316422, at SelfPay machines and online when submitting the application.
