Regarding the quality of the applicant and their relationship with the child/children for whom they are requesting the right, for one of the persons who adopted the child/ to whom the child was entrusted for adoption/ who has the child in foster care/ in emergency foster care, with the exception of the professional maternal assistant who can benefit from these rights only for their own children, as well as the person who has been appointed as guardian. In the case of P.F.A (Authorized Natural Person): - Certificate from the Health Insurance House (C.A.S) stating the period in which the maternity allowance (pregnancy + confinement) was paid or a statutory declaration that the maternity allowance was not received - Certificates from the Public Finance Administration showing the income earned in the last 2 fiscal years prior to the date of the child's birth or, as the case may be, proof of income calculated for the advance payment of tax; - Tax Decisions from the Public Finance Administration for the last 2 fiscal years prior to the child's birth showing the start date of the activity, - The Single Declaration, for the last 2 fiscal years before the date of the child's birth. - Decision of suspension or cessation of activity, declaration 070, from the Public Finance Administration; For students, university graduates, pupils, etc.: - CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE EDUCATION INSTITUTION, ATTESTING ATTENDANCE OF FULL-TIME COURSES WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, UNTIL THE DATE OF APPLICATION IN THE YEAR BEFORE THE DATE OF THE CHILD'S BIRTH OR DIPLOMA OF GRADUATION ACCOMPANIED BY THE TRANSCRIPT OR CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION IF THE UNIVERSITY WAS GRADUATED IN THE YEAR BEFORE THE DATE OF THE CHILD'S BIRTH IF IN ONE OF THE ASSIMILATED PERIODS: - attends, without interruption, the full-time courses of pre-university education, including the "Second Chance" program, or, as the case may be, university education at bachelor or master's studies level, as well as post-university Master's level, organized according to the law, in the country or abroad, in a field recognized by the Ministry of National Education, except in the case of interruption of courses for medical reasons; - holds the status of doctoral student, under the conditions provided by Law of National Education no. 1/2011, with subsequent amendments and completions - is in the period between the completion of a form of pre-university education and the start, in the same calendar year, of another form of pre-university education, full-time courses, organized in accordance with the law, attended without interruption; - is in the period between the completion of full-time pre-university education courses, organized according to the law, and the start of university education, full-time courses, in the same calendar year; - is in the period between the completion of a form of university education, full-time courses, with or without the bachelor's or diploma examination, and the commencement, in the same calendar year, of another form of university education, full-time courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption; - is in the period between the completion of a form of university education, at the level of bachelor or master's studies, as well as post-university studies at the master's level, full-time courses, and the start, in the same calendar year, of another form of university education at the level of bachelor or master's studies, full-time courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption; - is in the period between the completion of a form of post-university education, full-time courses, and the start, in the same calendar year, of another form of post-university education, full-time courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption; - is in the period of 60 days from the completion of compulsory education courses or, as the case may be, from graduation of full-time courses of pre-university, university at the bachelor or master studies level, and post-university at the master level, organized under the law, with or without a graduation exam, for the purpose of employment or, as the case may be, entering unemployment, calculated starting from the 1st day of the month following completion of studies - STATUTORY DECLARATION OF NOT HAVING TAXABLE INCOME In the case where the father is applying for the child raising and care allowance, a certificate from the mother's employer specifying the period when the maternity allowance was paid, that is the prenatal and postnatal leave, or a statutory declaration that the maternity allowance was not received, is also required.*
