This course is dedicated to coaches specialized in a sport discipline who want to deal with the physical preparation of athletes in the sport discipline they are trained in or in any other sport discipline. The physical trainer can be part of the team of specialists (staff) who coordinate the preparation activity of the athletes. The physical trainer has responsibilities in achieving the objectives of physical preparation, with major involvement in reaching performance objectives.
