Form model F.1 – REQUEST for issuing the urbanism certificate, in accordance with the instructions regarding its completion, comprising 1. the identification elements of the applicant 2. the identification elements of the property for which the urbanism certificate is requested, namely the locality, cadastral number, and land register number, if the law does not provide otherwise 3. the elements that define the purpose of the request.*

The land register excerpt for information represents the cadastral-legal situation of the properties at the time of its preparation. It contains information regarding the surface area of the property and its description, the ownership right, and any existing encumbrances on the property. The document is issued by ANCPI and must not be older than 30 days.*

The cadastral plan extract represents the section from the cadastral plan, displaying the linear details of the property in question, the neighboring properties, and other linear details existing in the graphic database at the date of the last update, based on the orthophotoplan. The online cadastral plan extract is provided in .pdf format, electronically signed with an extended qualified certificate. The document also contains information about categories of use, buildings, and the incidence of special laws on the property in question. The cadastral plan extract represents the section from the cadastral plan, displaying the linear details of the property in question, the neighboring properties, and other linear details existing in the graphic database at the date of the last update, based on the orthophotoplan. The online cadastral plan extract is provided in .pdf format, electronically signed with an extended qualified certificate, with annexes including a .csv file containing the list of coordinates of the points on the outline of the property in question and a .shp file with the graphic representation of the property in question. The document also contains information about categories of use, buildings, and the incidence of special laws on the property in question. The document is issued by ANCPI.*

For individuals, identity card or passport; For legal entities, registration certificate*

The ownership documents for the property for which the urban planning certificate is requested will be attached.*

It will be attached only if the purpose of the request for the urbanism certificate is for construction or demolition of buildings.*

At one of the scales 1 : 10,000, 1 : 5,000, 1 : 2,000, 1 : 1,000, 1 : 500, as applicable, issued, upon request, by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity; for construction/demolition a site plan prepared on a cadastral support must be presented;*

Document of payment for the issuance fee of the urban planning certificate, copy. Payment can also be made at www.ghiseul.ro or by bank transfer to account RO52TREZ42121160203XXXXX, opened at the Ilfov Treasury, in the name of Comuna Gruiu, Fiscal Code 5026273. The fee for issuing the urban planning certificate in rural areas, depending on the area requested: a) up to 150 m2 inclusive 7 lei b) between 151 and 250 m2 inclusive 8 lei c) between 251 and 500 m2 inclusive 11 lei d) between 501 and 750 m2 inclusive 14 lei e) between 751 and 1000 m2 inclusive 16 lei f) over 1000 m2 14 lei + 0.001 lei/m2 for each m2 exceeding 1000 m2. The fee for issuing the urban planning certificate for rural areas is equal to 50% of the fee established according to the indicators above.*
