According to Article 30 paragraph (1) of Law 307/2006 updated regarding fire protection:
The commencement of construction and arrangement works for new buildings or modifications and/or change of use of existing ones is allowed only after obtaining the fire safety permit for the categories mentioned in Government Decision 571 of 2016 updated with subsequent amendments and additions.
