The certification procedure refers to the technical competence of legal persons preparing documentation and / or carrying out geological research, petroleum and mineral resources exploitation works and expertise. For the technical competency certification it is required a written examination and an interview on legislation to be held in a meeting at the NAMR offices. Presentation at the examination will be after the acceptance of file submitted according to the conditions and criteria for certification under the NAMR Order no. 122/2006 as subsequently amended and supplemented
