The procedure is informational and is not available for resolution through this platform. The file will be submitted at the Urbanism Directorate headquarters within the Ploiesti City Hall. The procedure lists the documents required for the issuance of the urbanism certificate.
According to the provisions of art. 6 paragraphs 1 and 4 of the Law, the urbanism certificate is an informative act regarding the legal, economic, and technical status of the property, as well as the urban requirements specific to the location, determined in accordance with the provisions of urbanism documentation endorsed and approved, a document issued upon request to any applicant – natural or legal person.
According to the Law, the urbanism certificate does not substitute the construction/demolition permit and does not grant the right to carry out construction works.
