The procedure mentions the documents required for issuing the urbanism certificate.
- The Urbanism Certificate DOES NOT replace the Building/Demolition Permit and DOES NOT confer the right to execute construction works.
- In the case of requests for land by lease/concession, proposals will be submitted (topographical cadastral plan, with networks, facade, etc.), showing the area of land requested and how it will be occupied. The request is registered at the PUBLIC RELATIONS AND CITIZEN INFORMATION DEPARTMENT only after:
-verification of the completion of the request according to the form and if it is correctly addressed
-verification of the list of required documents and the way they are presented
-verification of the identification elements regarding the applicant and the property
-verification of the existence of the applicant's or his/her legal representative's signature
-verification of proof of fee payment
