For initiating the fiscal certificate issuance procedure you must pay a fixed fee of 19 lei/certificate for individuals on Ghiseul.ro by selecting Giurgiu County/Local Taxes and Fees/Giurgiu Institution/search fee "Taxa timbru certificat fiscal PF

  • The fiscal certificate will be published within two working days from the submission of the application (except for alienation, see details on the application form).
  • The conditions for issuing fiscal attestation certificates are those provided by Law no. 227/2015 on the Fiscal Code and Law no. 207/2015 on the Fiscal Procedure Code.
  • Consequently, the applicant will obtain the fiscal attestation certificate only if he/she is up to date with the payment of the obligations owed to the local budget. For this purpose, if you have not paid the minimum necessary amounts, you will receive a payment notification during the procedure, estimating the minimum amounts you must pay in ghiseul.ro in order to obtain a debt-free certificate.
